ភ្នំពេញ : ឯកឧត្ដម ឃួង ស្រេង អភិបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងលោក ជំទាវ ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រីរាជការក្រោមឱវាទទាំងអស់, ឯកឧត្ដម ម៉ប់ សារិន ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សារាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និង លោកជំទាវ សូមអបអរសាទរ និងជូនពរ ក្នុងឱកាសដែលសម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា ទទួលពានរង្វាន់ «សមិទ្ធផលពេញមួយជីវិតរបស់មេដឹកនាំឆ្នើម» ។ពានរង្វាន់សមិទ្ធផលពេញមួយជីវិតរបស់មេដឹកនាំឆ្នើម ត្រូវបានប្រគល់ជូនពីកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលបច្ចេកវិទ្យានិងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចចិនសកល និងវិទ្យាស្ថានយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រសម្រាប់តំបន់អាស៊ី-ប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក (KSI) នៅវិមានសន្តិភាព។ការសម្រេចផ្តល់ពានរង្វាន់ «សមិទ្ធផលពេញមួយជីវិតរបស់មេដឹកនាំឆ្នើម» ជូនសម្តេចតេជោនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា បានធ្វើឡើងបន្ទាប់ពីវិទ្យាស្ថាន បានសិក្សា និងវាយតម្លៃយ៉ាងល្អិតល្អន់ ទៅលើលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិនៃការដឹកនាំ និងសមិទ្ធផលទាំងឡាយ ដែលកើតចេញពីការដឹកនាំរបស់សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន។ វិទ្យាស្ថាន បានកត់សម្គាល់ពីភាពប៉ិនប្រសព្វ ឈ្លាសវៃ និងពោរពេញដោយឆន្ទៈមនសិការ ភក្តីភាពយ៉ាងមុតមាំចំពោះជាតិ និងប្រជាជន ហើយបានធ្វើពលីកម្មដោយមិនចេះនឿយហត់ ដើម្បីនាំមកនូវសុខសន្តិភាព ភាពក្សេមក្សាន្ត វឌ្ឍនភាព ភាពរីកចម្រើន និងវិបុលភាពសម្រាប់ជាតិ និងប្រជាជាតិកម្ពុជា។ការទទួលពានរង្វាន់ «សមិទ្ធផលពេញមួយជីវិតរបស់មេដឹកនាំឆ្នើមពិភពលោក»គឺជាមហាកិត្តិយសដ៏ធំធេង សម្រាប់ប្រទេសជាតិ និងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទាំងមូល និងស័ក្តិសមបំផុត ចំពោះសម្តេចតេជោនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីដែលជា «បិតាស្ថាបនិកសន្តិភាព និងជាមេដឹកនាំដ៏ឆ្នើមបំផុតរបស់កម្ពុជា» ដែលបានខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងអស់ពីកម្លាំងកាយ កម្លាំងចិត្ត និងបញ្ញាញាណ ព្រមទាំងបានធ្វើពលិកម្មគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង ក្នុងបេសកកម្ម ដើម្បីបុព្វហេតុជាតិ មាតុភូមិ និងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏ប្រសើរថ្លៃថ្លានេះ យើងខ្ញុំទាំងអស់គ្នា សូមលើកហត្ថប្រណមបួងសួង ដល់គុណបុណ្យព្រះរតនត្រ័យ គុណកែវទាំងបី ព្រមទាំងវត្ថុស័ក្តិសិទ្ធិក្នុងលោក សូមតាមជួយថែរក្សា ការពារ និងប្រោះព្រំប្រទានពរជ័យបវរសួស្តី ជ័យមង្គល និងវិបុលសុខគ្រប់ប្រការ ជូនចំពោះសម្តេចតេជោនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងសម្តេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ហ៊ុនសែន ព្រមទាំងបុត្រា បុត្រី ចៅប្រុស ចៅស្រី។សូម សម្តេចតេជោនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងសម្តេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ហ៊ុនសែន ព្រមទាំងបុត្រា បុត្រី ចៅប្រុស ចៅស្រី បានសមប្រកបតែនឹងពុទ្ធពរទាំងបួនប្រការ គឺអាយុ វណ្ណៈ សុខៈ ពលៈ កុំបីឃ្លៀងឃ្លាតឡើយ៕ដោយៈ៖ (យាយពេញ)
