ភ្នំពេញ: នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ៦រោចខែចេត្រឆ្នាំម្សាញ់សប្តស័កព.ស២៥៦៩ត្រូវនិងថ្ងៃទី៨ខែមេសាឆ្នាំ២០២៦ក្រសួងការបរទេសនិងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិបានទទួលរៀបចំការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញជូនអង្គទូតនិងអង្គការអន្តរជាតិប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជានៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងអំពីច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រឆាំងការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។បទបង្ហាញនេះត្រូវបានដឹកនាំដោយឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីឆៃស៊ីណារិទ្ធប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈកម្មការចំពោះកិច្ចប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យាដោយមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងអង្គទូតចំនួន៣៣រូបនិងអង្គការអន្តរជាតិចំនួន៨រូប។
ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថាច្បាប់នេះបង្កើតជាក្របខ័ណ្ឌច្បាប់មួយជាក់លាក់ដែលមានកំណត់ពីបទល្មើសច្បាស់លាស់និងទោសទណ្ឌធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។ឯកឧត្តមបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃយុទ្ធនាការទូទាំងប្រទេសរបស់កម្ពុជាប្រឆាំងនឹងការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យាចាប់តាំងពីខែកក្កដាឆ្នាំ២០២៥មក។ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីថាការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យានេះនៅតែជាអាទិភាពសំខាន់សម្រាប់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនិងបានបង្ហាញការជឿជាក់ថាក្រោមការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាជាមួយនិងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិពេញលេញបញ្ហានេះនឹងត្រូវលុបបំបាត់ទាំងស្រុងពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
On the morning of 8 April 2026, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation hosted a briefing at the Ministry for members of the diplomatic corps and international organizations accredited to Cambodia on the enacted Law on Combatting Online Scams. The session was delivered by His Excellency Senior Minister CHHAY Sinarith, Head of the Secretariat of the Commission for Combating Online Scams, with 33 representatives from the diplomatic corps and 8 from international organizations in attendance.
His Excellency the Senior Minister outlined that the law establishes a dedicated legal framework with clear offences and serious penalties. He highlighted the progress from Cambodia’s nationwide campaign against online scams since July 2025. He also reaffirmed that combating online scams remains a top priority for the Royal Government and expressed confidence that, with the unwavering determination of the Royal Government of Cambodia and full international cooperation, this issue will be completely eradicated from Cambodia.
